The platform's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the services that caused the damages.

5. Financial Terms and Refunds

Prices for courses and subscriptions are displayed transparently on the platform. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided by law.

The platform reserves the right to change fees for new customers or for renewal periods, with prior notice of at least 30 days.

6. Modifications to Terms and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after the updated version is published on the platform. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, by written notice. Upon termination, the user's access rights to the services will be suspended immediately.
